Common questions
What counts as a signature?
One signer on one document. A returning signer with a valid waiver does not count again, and imported paper waivers are free.
What happens if I go over?
Signing never stops. On a paid plan, each extra signature costs the rate in the table. On Free, signing continues at no charge.
How does billing work?
Billing is monthly, through Shopify, in US dollars. There are no annual plans.
